SDE III Backend

Responsibilities

• Lead the Backend Engineering team by providing mentorship, guidance, and technical support to team members.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend systems using Python, Django, and FastAPI.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including planning, estimation, execution, and deployment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation within the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering using Python.
• Deep expertise in Python frameworks, specifically Django and FastAPI.
• Previous experience in a leadership or Technical Lead role.
• Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, development methodologies, and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience working with B2B SaaS products or similar industries.
