ScrumMaster

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily SCRUM, stand-ups, and meetings to support the Agile Software Development Process
• Use Agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
• Train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow Agile values, principles, and practices
• Monitor and track project progress and performance against agreed-upon project plans
• Work closely with the Requirements Engineer to review requirements from customers
• Facilitate Sprint planning sessions and provide oversight and guidance to define tasks
• Assist the development team in defining and maintaining Work in Progress and Sprint task limits
• Facilitate planning sessions to define Epics, Features, and Backlog items
• Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize new features and enhancements
• Plan and organize demos and product/system testing
• Remove obstacles to team members' progress and protect the team from distractions

Requirements

• Five years of experience scoping projects and evaluating requirements for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft IIS using .NET Framework
• Three years of experience mentoring junior personnel
• Five years of experience with SDLC and Agile processes
• Active TS/SCI clearance with SBI and ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a DevSecOps environment
