About the role
Responsibilities
- Maximize the value delivered by the delivery team and foster a high-performing, autonomous team dynamic.
- Ensure clear visibility on delivery progress, risks, and interdependencies in collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time.
- Facilitate Scrum events strategically to support team decision-making and accountability.
- Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans to eliminate obstacles.
- Manage dependencies between Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.
- Support the team's evolution toward greater agile maturity and autonomy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within a technology environment.
- Recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Strong understanding of technical dependencies and architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to influence delivery performance and improve predictability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced training in Agile, Lean, Kanban, or flow management.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working within rapidly growing product-led organizations.
- Experience in delivery flow optimization or agile transformation.
