Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Maximize the value delivered by the delivery team and foster a high-performing, autonomous team dynamic.
• Ensure clear visibility on delivery progress, risks, and interdependencies in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Track and analyze delivery metrics such as velocity, predictability, and cycle time.
• Facilitate Scrum events strategically to support team decision-making and accountability.
• Identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans to eliminate obstacles.
• Manage dependencies between Data, AI, DevOps, Backend, and Product teams.
• Support the team's evolution toward greater agile maturity and autonomy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in an equivalent role within a technology environment.
• Recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong understanding of technical dependencies and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to influence delivery performance and improve predictability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced training in Agile, Lean, Kanban, or flow management.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience working within rapidly growing product-led organizations.
• Experience in delivery flow optimization or agile transformation.
