Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
• Identify and remove roadblocks hindering team progress
• Help teams define success metrics and track progress
• Foster a collaborative and continuous learning environment
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Agile trends and best practices
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and Agile processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
• Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile methodologies in a business setting
• In-depth knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-native technologies
• Business domain experience
