Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach global software engineering and digital development teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress and prevent scope creep
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, refinement, and prioritization
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and adaptation
• Track and report on sprint progress, team velocity, and performance metrics
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions in a cloud environment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role within software development environments
• Deep understanding of Scrum artifacts, ceremonies, and roles
• Proficiency with Jira, including experience acting as a scrum board administrator
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Knowledge of cloud environments, specifically AWS
• Familiarity with secure software development practices
