Scrum Master Senior

Responsibilities

• Build and animate the collective within the squad and the company ecosystem
• Ensure project risk management
• Anticipate proper resource allocation
• Challenge technical solutions and associated workloads
• Manage strategic projects in a multi-actor environment (Customer journey, Advisor journey, recovery, KPI, etc.)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Deep technical knowledge to challenge technical solutions
• Knowledge of Host / mainframe and Open / distributed environments
• Banking or financial sector experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
• Analytical and synthesis skills for reporting and action plans

• Experience in the banking or financial sector
