About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate medium-to-complex agile development processes to align with business and technical needs
- Remove impediments to delivery success by managing external dependencies and solving complex team problems
- Create and maintain communication vehicles, such as tracker boards, to foster a trusting team environment
- Promote joint accountability and continuous improvement to optimize team performance and productivity
- Facilitate business analysis, user experience, and technical conversations across multiple platforms
- Communicate progress and outcomes cross-functionally, including reporting to leadership and facilitating demos and retrospectives
- Provide proactive coaching to the team in collaboration with the Agile Coach
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
- Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner certification
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles and theory
- 3+ years of experience in software development, project management, or business analysis
- 3+ years of experience working on medium-complexity initiatives
- Experience with project/program delivery in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- Practical experience in agile disciplines such as software development or business analysis
