Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall planning, organization, and implementation of projects within the Busway LEAGUE
• Formulate detailed project plans and ensure effective execution and control
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including cross-functional departments, clients, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress, costs, and quality while identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Organize project meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions to stakeholders
• Manage and motivate the project team to improve efficiency and ensure objective completion
• Handle project acceptance, documentation, and archiving to capture lessons learned
• Report project status to the Project Steering Committee (PSC) during stage gates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry
• Proven experience leading large-scale projects
• Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK and Agile practices
• Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex situations

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
• Familiarity with industry-related policies, standards, or technologies
