Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, best practices, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team delivery
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics
• Foster collaboration between business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and leadership
• Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Work closely with banking business teams to deliver Cards and Payments initiatives
• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 4+ years as a Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience in the Banking domain
• Strong experience supporting Cards, Payments, Merchant Services, or Payment Processing projects
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and frameworks
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist certification
• Experience working in large enterprise banking environments
• Knowledge of payment networks, card lifecycle management, or digital payments
• Familiarity with Agile metrics, reporting, and release management
