Scrum Master - Platforms

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Act as a process coach between Product Owners, development teams, SMEs, and global stakeholders to mature Agile practices.
• Manage development tracking systems, including product and sprint backlogs, ensuring high transparency and alignment with platform roadmaps.
• Support Product Owners in creating meaningful user stories, sprint goals, and release plans.
• Monitor sprint progress using Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts to ensure delivery efficiency.
• Proactively identify and remove impediments and roadblocks for the development team.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies for system integrations including Configurator, Power Shop, and ACE.
• Drive training sessions and awareness programs to uplift Agile maturity across the organization.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of total professional experience with strong exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead, specifically within software implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience managing complex software projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Ability to work onsite in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Sales Platforms or sales configuration processes.
• Knowledge of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools and digital sales platforms.
• Experience with enterprise tools such as Salesforce or SAP.
