Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is groomed and prioritized
• Coach team members on Agile principles and methodologies
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software developers
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master delivering software development projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency in Jira and PPM software
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP certification
• Experience with Pharma GxP software development
• Experience with modern data and AI-driven frameworks
