Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of accountability for all issue tickets raised by external teams
• Triage, categorize, and map external tickets to internal work items in Azure DevOps
• Coach managers on agile principles, ceremonies, and artifacts
• Facilitate core Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Define, monitor, and report on agile health metrics like velocity and cycle time
• Partner with managers to evaluate and reprioritize the backlog based on business needs
• Remove impediments and shield the team from disruption

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
• Hands-on experience managing workflows in Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Technical understanding of EMS systems and software to communicate with engineers
• Proven ability to influence managers and peers without direct authority
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent
• Experience in technical environments involving software, hardware, and industrial systems
• Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools
• Exposure to energy management systems, battery storage, or SCADA/PLCs
• Fluency in Spanish
