About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as a servant leader to remove impediments and coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles
  • Develop and maintain Jira process documentation, including backlog management and reporting dashboards
  • Monitor Jira board health, workflow compliance, and sprint execution metrics
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-defined and prioritized
  • Track and report key Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and burndown charts
  • Support multiple teams in scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience working in Agile environments
  • Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master
  • Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile methodologies
  • Proficiency with Atlassian tools, GitLab, and Command Prompt
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification
  • Previous experience in Electronic Warfare (EW)
  • Technical background with the ability to engage in architectural discussions
  • Experience administering Jira workflows, dashboards, and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Experience coaching multiple teams simultaneously
