Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices
• Identify and resolve blockers to ensure smooth workflow and efficient product delivery
• Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing process enhancements
• Maintain and update Scrum artifacts such as Product Backlogs, Sprint Backlogs, and Burndown Charts
• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization
• Monitor team performance and ensure delivery aligns with sprint goals
• Foster a positive team environment centered on collaboration, accountability, and self-organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or working within an Agile environment
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and build consensus
• Expertise in stakeholder management and problem-solving
