Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, mission-critical software products
• Deliver projects in-scope, on-time, and with high quality
• Define ways of working with customers and ensure adherence to governance models
• Safeguard and enforce Scrum methodology and facilitate Scrum events
• Remove impediments for the engineering team and shield against external distractions
• Manage projects day-to-day and ensure smooth execution

Requirements

• Creative problem-solving mindset with high sense of responsibility and self-discipline
• Good level of English language proficiency
• Eagerness to learn and continuously improve
• Experience managing complex projects in a software development environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Git, Jira, and Slack
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Scrum or project management certification
