Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Lead the adoption of scaled Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum@Scale, to manage interconnected projects and multiple teams
• Act as an Agile evangelist, promoting principles and practices across the organization
• Mentor and coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile methodologies and best practices
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancement areas and implementing productivity strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align delivery with business goals and manage expectations
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess team performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure project delivery remains on track

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
• 10-12 years of experience as a Scrum Master within the IT industry
• Background in data and analytics environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Proven experience implementing and leading scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale)
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
