Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
• Support Product Owners in backlog prioritization and sprint preparation
• Coach and animate teams to foster collaboration, autonomy, and collective performance
• Monitor performance indicators such as velocity, SLA compliance, and service continuity
• Conduct one-to-one meetings to understand team needs and maintain a positive work climate
• Facilitate delivery and promote agile culture within the tribe

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering, Business, or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years of experience implementing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP)
• Agile certifications (SAFe SPC, Scrum Master, etc.) are highly preferred
• Strong leadership and ability to unite teams around projects
• Proficiency in project management and tracking performance indicators
• Excellent pedagogical skills for coaching and training teams
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus
