Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate Agile rituals including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Implement and evolve Agile practices at scale, including PI Planning and multi-team coordination
• Support Product Owners in structuring, prioritizing, and maintaining effective backlogs
• Provide Agile coaching and best practices for product management
• Define and monitor project schedules, workload planning, and budget tracking
• Lead governance instances such as COPROJ and COPIL
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or related field
• 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale Agile environments
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Strong ability to manage multiple squads in parallel
• Expertise in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
• Professional English proficiency
• Experience with DevOps or Cloud environments is a plus
