Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for Web and Mobile engineering teams
• Enable consistent sprint execution, delivery predictability, and transparency
• Track sprint progress, velocity, dependencies, and risks while proactively removing blockers
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog
• Support release planning and coordination across Web, iOS, and Android platforms
• Drive continuous improvement through effective retrospectives and Agile metrics
• Maintain clear delivery reporting and documentation for leadership visibility
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4–8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role
• Strong experience supporting Web and/or Mobile engineering teams
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks
• Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in consumer-facing, high-scale digital products
• Exposure to performance-focused or UX-heavy frontend teams
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe)
