Responsibilities

• Coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and mindset to strengthen maturity and self-organization
• Facilitate core Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Proactively identify and remove technical, organizational, or process-related blockers
• Shield the team from external disruptions and unnecessary interruptions during sprint execution
• Partner with the Product Owner to support backlog readiness, clarity, and prioritization
• Promote Agile principles and best practices across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

• Five or more years of Agile delivery experience
• At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• Proven success introducing or scaling Agile frameworks within organizations
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience working with distributed teams
• Experience leveraging Agile metrics such as velocity and cycle time
