Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos
• Coach the engineering team on Scrum principles and best practices
• Facilitate open discussion and conflict resolution to identify and resolve execution issues
• Record and maintain product requirements and the backlog
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage idea sharing and challenge addressing
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational practices

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Agile methodologies
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Artifactory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a DevSecOps culture
• Experience managing expectations for multiple Product Owners
• Familiarity with AWS and DIA mission applications
• Experience with intelligence collection management applications
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams across different organizations
