Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and demos.
• Coach the engineering team on Scrum principles and best practices.
• Facilitate open discussion and conflict resolution to identify and resolve execution issues.
• Record and maintain product requirements and the backlog.
• Foster a collaborative environment to encourage idea sharing and challenge addressing.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to improve organizational practices.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Agile methodologies.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, or Artifactory.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a DevSecOps culture.
• Experience managing expectations for multiple Product Owners.
• Familiarity with AWS and DIA mission applications.
• Experience with intelligence collection management applications.
• Experience working with multiple Agile teams across different organizations.
