Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Guide Agile teams and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement within the team
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and practices
• Exercise servant-leadership to foster self-organizing, high-performing teams
• Manage stakeholders and facilitate cross-team collaboration
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure steady progress

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Trello
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of total experience in project management or Agile coaching
• Advanced Scrum certifications (A-CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
• Experience with scaling Agile frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
• Familiarity with Prince2, PMP, or other project management methodologies
• Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps and cloud-based development environments
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
