Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader and coach to empower teams
• Remove impediments and bridge technical teams with business stakeholders
• Leverage techno-functional expertise to assist with technical decisions or functional challenges
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
• Monitor, track, and report project metrics, identifying risks and opportunities
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Mentor and guide junior team members on Agile best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Agile environments
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks
• Techno-functional background in development, product management, or system integration
• Familiarity with Data, AI, or Cloud technologies
• Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in Data, AI, or Cloud-related projects
• Background in startups or fast-paced organizations
