Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional development teams
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized and actionable product backlogs
• Remove impediments and promote continuous improvement
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum values
• Coordinate dependencies across development, QA, architecture, and DevOps teams
• Support technical initiatives including integrations and data migrations
• Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown charts

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Agile Scrum Master in software development
• Experience working with multiple development teams across different technologies
• Strong experience supporting system integrations and migration projects
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and/or Jira
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus
• Technical background or familiarity with software engineering concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in enterprise-level or multi-team Agile environments
