Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile adoption and ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices across teams
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint commitments and delivery goals
• Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics
• Promote transparency, accountability, and ownership within the team
• Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to building a high-performing Agile culture
• Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and enterprise data management strategies

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services projects
• Knowledge of workflow automation, data management, and enterprise integration projects
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
