Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate standard Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups
• Engage with business stakeholders to remove impediments and foster an environment conducive to team success
• Assist the product owner with backlog management to ensure clarity and prioritization of work items
• Identify and address blocked stories, guiding the team towards effective problem-solving strategies
• Promote continuous process improvement through regular feedback, coaching, and retrospective sessions
• Monitor team performance against sprint goals and facilitate adjustments to improve efficiency
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment and manage cross-team dependencies

Requirements

• 5 to 7.5 years of experience in agile delivery
• Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and principles
• Proficiency with agile tools including Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
