About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and manage cross-team dependencies.
- Lead or support Program Increment (PI) planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, and ART Syncs in scaled Agile environments.
- Identify, manage, and escalate risks and impediments affecting program delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to align roadmaps with team capacity and commitments.
- Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to leadership regarding progress, risks, and performance.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and team leaders to help mature Agile practices across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, or Program Manager.
- Proven experience managing 2 or more Scrum teams simultaneously.
- Extensive experience operating in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus, or similar).
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
- Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and servant-leadership capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead programs with complex dependencies and engage with executive stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAFe RTE or SPC certifications.
- Advanced Scrum Master certifications (A-CSM, CSP-SM, PSM II/III).
