Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Coach teams and the organization on Agile, Scrum values, and best practices
• Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Enable effective discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams
• Support clear and transparent communication both internally and with clients
• Follow up with clients and support the ServiceNow Delivery Director
• Contribute to resource capacity planning and provide Agile training to Ateko teams when needed

Requirements

• Physically located in Quebec
• Fully fluent in French (spoken and written)
• Recognized Scrum certification (CSM or PSM I / PSM II)
• Proven experience in a Scrum Master role
• Experience managing multiple squads simultaneously
• Background in IT and/or ServiceNow initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Familiarity with Jira
