Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and techniques to drive value.
• Facilitate agile events including stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Advise on SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Identify, escalate, and manage risks and dependencies across Teams, ART, and Solution trains.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through regular retrospectives.
• Monitor and report on progress to ensure transparency and alignment with solution objectives.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
• Proven experience guiding teams through Agile events and ensuring adherence to SAFe practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified SAFe Scrum Master, RTE, or STE.
• Experience with CRM Development/Migration, AWS Infrastructure, and Integrations (MuleSoft/Databricks).
• Background in workshop facilitation and professional training.
