Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Iteration Planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Drive and support PI planning and roadmap alignment to ensure squad priorities are clearly defined
• Identify and address obstacles that hinder team progress, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks
• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and guiding the team
• Serve as a liaison between Web team squads and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication regarding project status and dependencies
• Act as a bridge between squads and the Web Strategy & Ops team to support backlog refinement and requirement clarification

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• 8 to 13 years of professional work experience
• Deep expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
• Proven experience with PI planning and roadmap alignment
• Proficiency with Jira
• Ability to work overlapping hours with US-based teams (8 to 11 A.M. PST)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience working in global, virtual teams

Preferred Qualifications

• SAFe Scrum Master certification
• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or IAM certifications
• Experience with Jira Align or Miro
• Workshop facilitation experience
