Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective) and team dynamics
- Support the development team in applying agile principles and continuous improvement
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting sprint progress
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product objectives are met
- Monitor performance indicators and adapt practices accordingly
Requirements
- Master's degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or equivalent
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
- Proficiency with collaborative tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Good understanding of software development lifecycles
- Professional proficiency in English (written and oral)
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is appreciated
