Scrum Master

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the team’s progress toward goals and lead efforts in relentless improvement
• Facilitate Agile events and prepare the team for ART (Agile Release Train) events
• Remove impediments and assist in handling risks to ensure smooth delivery
• Support Product Owners and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches
• Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership to enable organizational effectiveness within the Integration Hub teams

Requirements

• Academic background in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior experience in IT delivery or software development
• Proven experience working with Agile methodologies
• A Lean-Agile leadership mindset
• Ability to be structured, driven, and collaborative while focusing on process driving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps is an advantage
• Experience working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework
