Scrum Coach

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners in preparation for SAFe/agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment (PI) planning events
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications
• Lead design and development activities and guide users in formulating requirements
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment of engineering management plans
• Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED plus 12 years of systems engineering experience, OR Bachelor's plus 7 years, OR Master's plus 5 years, OR PhD plus 3 years
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners for SAFe/agile ceremonies (sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, PI planning)
• Proficiency with Jira and DevOps
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI with FSP security clearance
