Responsibilities

• Review questionnaires for scripting feasibility and flag potential issues
• Script and program medium complexity online surveys using the Confirmit platform
• Implement complex logic, routing, masking, randomization, validations, and loop structures
• Conduct rigorous testing of surveys before launch to identify and resolve programming or logic errors
• Liaise with team leads to advise on best practice and assist with problem solving

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a scripting role within a market research agency
• Proficiency in using the Confirmit scripting platform
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience working with survey data formats such as XML and CSV
• Knowledge of relational databases and data structure management
• Understanding of quantitative research methodologies and questionnaire structures
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for explaining technical points to non-technical stakeholders
