About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive product growth and deliver diagnostic solutions by establishing the importance of colorectal cancer screening within assigned healthcare ecosystems
  • Generate deep insight into local healthcare markets to identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and improve patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and awareness of company products
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with clinical stakeholders and administrators within target accounts
  • Educate physician and stakeholder groups about product value propositions and the importance of screening
  • Utilize CRM tools to capture customer interactions, market intelligence, and funnel development data
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales Operations, to execute account strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
  • 4+ years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience
  • 4+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostics sales
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time, including potential overnight and weekend travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with primary care physician (PCP) targeted customers
  • Ability to work confidently in an environment of complexity and ambiguity
  • Strong proactive problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute to a team environment while managing independent workloads
