About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices within the Miami Metro area to meet sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and improve patient outcomes through the integration of Exact Sciences' solutions.
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and administrators.
  • Develop and implement strategic business and account plans to increase product visibility and awareness.
  • Educate target physician groups on product value propositions and the importance of colorectal cancer screening.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage sales activities, market intelligence, and funnel development.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to execute customer-specific engagement approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months).
  • Ability to travel locally on a daily basis within the assigned territory.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales.
  • Experience working with primary care physicians.
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.
