Screening Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth for Cologuard in medical practices within the Fort Wayne territory
• Identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and improve patient outcomes through Exact Sciences' solutions
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase product visibility and maximize sales growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinical stakeholders, and administrators
• Educate target physician groups on product value propositions and the importance of colorectal cancer screening
• Utilize CRM tools to capture market intelligence, sales activities, and customer interaction data
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to execute account strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis and perform field-based work

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales
• Experience working with primary care physicians
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and entrepreneurial environment
