Screening Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth for Cologuard by identifying opportunities within local healthcare ecosystems and medical practices
• Develop and implement strategic business and account plans to increase product visibility and awareness
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers and clinical stakeholders
• Educate target physician groups on Exact Sciences' products and the importance of colorectal cancer screening
• Utilize CRM tools and data-driven insights to manage sales funnels and track customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical Affairs, to execute account strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months)
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis and perform field-based work
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales
• Experience working with primary care physicians
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and entrepreneurial environment
