Screening Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive product growth of Cologuard within medical practices to meet sales goals in the assigned territory
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and awareness of company products
• Identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and improve patient outcomes through diagnostic solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinical stakeholders
• Utilize CRM tools to capture customer interactions, market intelligence, and funnel development
• Educate target physician groups on product value propositions and the importance of colorectal cancer screening
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute targeted sales tactics and business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Science, or a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel locally on a daily basis and perform field-based work

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical device or diagnostic sales
• Experience working with primary care physicians
• Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and entrepreneurial environment
