About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within the assigned Dallas geography.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the system of care and deliver improved patient outcomes through the integration of Exact Sciences' solutions.
- Develop and implement business and account plans to increase product visibility and maximize sales growth.
- Educate target physician and stakeholder groups about products and value propositions using approved clinical studies and marketing aids.
- Build and maintain a network of relationships within accounts, capturing market intelligence and customer interactions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional stakeholders, including Account Managers and Marketing, to execute targeted business strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
- 2+ years of previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience (or 1+ years of sales experience plus 1+ years in a healthcare setting).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two moving violations in the last 36 months).
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without current or future sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the sale of medical devices or diagnostics.
- Experience working with primary care physicians.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and proactive problem-solving skills.
