Screen-Print Press Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and fine-tune automatic and manual screen-printing presses
• Mix, match, and maintain inks to ensure accurate color and consistency
• Prepare and register screens, verify artwork placement, and maintain tension
• Perform press checks and inspections to guarantee quality and color accuracy
• Maintain and clean presses, screens, and work areas
• Collaborate with prepress, production, and finishing teams

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience operating screen-printing presses
• Sharp eye for detail, color consistency, and print quality
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Team spirit and passion for craftsmanship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MHM, ROQ, Anatol, or similar presses
