Screed Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate the screed to regulate asphalt thickness
• Ensure the asphalt layer is applied according to specifications
• Create a plan of approach together with the supervisor
• Work closely and communicate with the machine operator

Requirements

• Experience as a screed operator (balkman)
• Proactive and flexible attitude
• Willingness to work weekends and nights
• Possession of a valid driving license (category B)
