Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to gather additional assets and increase revenue
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of products and services to identify opportunities within the existing client base
• Work closely with Wealth Advisors and Total Wealth Specialists to deepen client relationships
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients
• Assist in developing and distributing client communication and marketing materials
• Review and streamline administrative processes to ensure tasks are completed and logged for tracking

Requirements

• Experience working in the securities industry
• CIRO Registered Representative (RR) approval
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong time management skills
• Exceptional client service skills with a professional and respectful approach
