Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection processes through telephone communication to maximize account recovery and minimize losses.
• Negotiate payment commitments and solutions with customers regarding various retail credit products.
• Analyze assigned accounts using available tools to identify customer needs and delinquency levels.
• Document and register all relevant customer interactions within the collection systems.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering timely and professional solutions to financial situations.
• Meet established quantitative and qualitative performance goals and productivity indices.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachiller graduado).
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in collections or a call center environment.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Proven communication and typing skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• University studies in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• Previous knowledge of banking products and services.
• Familiarity with collection policies and procedures.
