Responsibilities

• Maximize collection recoveries on assigned credit products through effective inbound and outbound call management.
• Reduce delinquency rates by persuading clients toward viable payment solutions and restructuring schemes.
• Conduct timely collection follow-ups on accounts in various stages of arrears, including current and written-off accounts.
• Identify reasons for non-payment and propose appropriate regularization programs or settlements.
• Maintain accurate records in collection systems and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
• Adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies to maintain data confidentiality and compliance.
• Provide high-quality customer service by listening to client needs and offering straightforward, knowledgeable solutions.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience working in a call center environment (Customer Service, Marketing, or Collections).
• Bilingual proficiency in both French and English.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills to coordinate and present alternatives to customers.
• Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Windows-based programs.
• Knowledge of collection systems and banking procedures.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented, high-pressure environment.
