SCM Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for electric mobility components.
• Run and analyze MRP in SAP S/4HANA to generate procurement and production plans.
• Manage MTS/MTO planning to meet customer demand and dispatch timelines.
• Monitor RM, WIP, and FG inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and reduce excess inventory.
• Ensure OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery performance and track customer demand/backlogs.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Sales teams for S&OP alignment.
• Drive Lean initiatives such as VSM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to improve process efficiency.
• Prepare MIS reports regarding production vs. plan, inventory availability, and service levels.

Requirements

• B.Tech in Production, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in SCM, PPC, or Planning.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA (MRP, Planning, and Inventory modules).
• Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory control.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Kanban, Min-Max, and Pull Flow systems.
