SCM Production Control Specialist DCC

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize engineering change operations and procedures
• Coordinate and schedule meetings to ensure processes and modifications align with plant and supplier needs
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data as required
• Manage inbound and outbound communications via email, phone, and plant portals
• Maintain and update production control records and databases
• Facilitate communication between different departments regarding engineering changes
• Provide informational support to various teams and assist in distributing meeting materials

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Industrial, Business Management, or Mechatronics)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
• English proficiency (minimum 500 points TOEIC)
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities
• Proven skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation
• Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate proactive leadership
