SCM Logistics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure high inventory accuracy through effective stock management, cycle counting, physical verification, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow and timely fulfillment of requirements.
• Drive warehouse efficiency through process improvements, optimum space utilization, and effective use of ERP/WMS systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods while maintaining compliance with customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• 20 to 37 years of experience within the Tractor, Construction, or Commercial Vehicle industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Regular) or MBA (Regular) degree.
