SCM Leader - Plant

Responsibilities

• Lead plant supply chain management operations, including material planning, logistics, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
• Develop, empower, and qualify the plant SCM and logistics team to ensure efficient material handling and customer centricity
• Implement corporate and division supply chain standards and tools while supporting future strategy development
• Optimize material flows and automated handling processes to minimize manual effort and increase profitability
• Manage inbound, intra-plant, and outbound material flows to ensure high material availability and supply continuity
• Run S&OP processes for the plant leadership team to provide demand visibility and prevent capacity or material shortages
• Ensure safety for personnel, integrity of assets, and excellence in service delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of solid working experience in operations and relevant supply chain functions
• 3+ years of leadership experience, including proven coaching and mentoring skills
• Strong experience in Project Management
• Expertise in Lean Management, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Business and finance management acumen with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving
• In-depth knowledge of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Production, and Launch Readiness
